How do I Order?
Place your order by using the Online Shopping Cart - This is the fastest and most accurate way to order. You can order items by clicking on the button of the item(s) you wish to purchase. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate your order total including shipping cost. You can always change or cancel your order at anytime prior to check out.

How do I Add or Delete items from my cart?
Should you wish to add or delete items from your shopping cart, simply change the quantity and click "update cart." Remember, nothing is final until you submit your order.

What are the Return Policies at Flex Nutrition Store?
We DO NOT issue refunds on opened merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unopened in order to receive credit. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. Please email us for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns after 30 days from the date of receipt will be authorized.

What is your shipping policy?
We currently only ship within the continental United States via UPS Ground. International orders will be accepted in the very near future. We apologize for any inconvenience. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped UPS standard ground with tracking. Orders under 5lbs and over $250.00 qualify for free shipping (UPS Ground only). Faster shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. Options available include the following; 1) Next Day; 2) 2nd day; and 3) 3rd day shipping. Orders made before 4:00 PM during non-holiday weekdays are shipped same day. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes & Military addresses.
